📜 Kiingwolfx – Terms & Conditions
Savage Sessions & Photography Services
By booking a session with Kiingwolfx (KWX), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
🐺 1. Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit (50% of the session cost) is required to secure your booking.
Your session date and time are not reserved until the deposit is received.
Remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
🔁 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels for any reason.
One (1) reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Failure to attend your session or provide notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
⏰ 3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your session.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
After 15 minutes, a $20 late fee may apply.
Excessive lateness may result in a shortened session without refund.
⌛ 4. Extra Time
Additional time beyond your booked session is billed at $50 per 30 minutes, subject to availability.
Extra time must be approved by the photographer during the session.
📷 5. Editing & Deliverables
The number of edited photos depends on the package selected.
All images are edited in Kiingwolfx’s signature style.
Requests for extra edits or retouching beyond the package may incur additional fees.
Turnaround time is typically 7–14 business days, unless otherwise stated.
💾 6. Image Delivery
Images are delivered via online digital gallery.
Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images.
Kiingwolfx is not responsible for lost files after delivery.
🧠 7. Artistic Style & Creative Control
By booking, the client trusts Kiingwolfx’s creative vision, posing, lighting, and editing style.
No refunds will be issued based on personal preference or stylistic taste.
©️ 8. Copyright & Usage Rights
Kiingwolfx retains full copyright of all images.
Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal use.
Images may not be altered, filtered, or edited without written permission.
Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement.
📣 9. Promotional Use / Model Release
Kiingwolfx may use images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.
Clients who wish to opt out must notify Kiingwolfx in writing before the session.
🚗 10. Travel Fees
Travel outside the local area may incur a travel fee.
For long-distance or overnight shoots, lodging and per diem may be required.
🌦️ 11. Weather & Force Majeure
Kiingwolfx is not responsible for weather conditions.
Sessions affected by unsafe weather may be rescheduled without penalty.
No refunds will be issued due to weather.
⚠️ 12. Liability
Clients assume all responsibility for their safety during the session.
Kiingwolfx is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during the shoot.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.
🎖️ 13. Discounts
Special discounts may be available for military, first responders, and medical professionals with valid ID.
Discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
📝 14. Contract & Signature Requirement
A photography contract must be reviewed and signed on the day of the shoot before the session begins.
Failure or refusal to sign the contract will result in session cancellation with no refund of the deposit.
The signed contract is legally binding and enforces all terms listed above.

Payment of a deposit and participation in a session confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Kiingwolfx reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
